Requests for Help

I am not currently in practice, so I am not taking on any patients at this time. However, you can find a number of excellent referral suggestions on my referral page, or at the FeelingGoodInstitute webpage.

I regret that I cannot read personal emails or respond to individuals who email me with descriptions of their personal histories and ask for advice, as this raises ethical and liability concerns. Instead, I would encourage you to seek a consultation with a local mental health professional. If you feel you have an urgent problem, you can dial 911 or simply go to any hospital’s emergency room.

I greatly appreciate your interest and regret that I cannot reach out to each of you on a more personal level!
