Anxiety Book Club

If you’ve ever struggled with any form of anxiety, this exciting group might be of interest to you. It’s for people with:

  • Chronic Worrying

  • Phobias

  • Social Anxiety

  • Performance Anxiety

  • Public Speaking Anxiety

  • OCD

  • PTSD

  • Panic Attacks

  • Hypochondriasis

  • Daily stress

The group will focus on my book When Panic Attacks, and will meet weekly for 90 minutes for 12 weeks starting on September 1st. You’ll get the chance to practice techniques with a skillful and compassionate TEAM-CBT expert and get answers to your questions, while having fun and connecting with other people. The group will focus on many powerful and innovative treatment methods that will help you break free from your anxiety and increase your satisfaction and joy in life.
