As I have learned from Dr. Burns: “When you don’t have to be special, life become special.” And, Dr. Burns also says that Buddha referred to “the Great Death”, as the death of the ego.
These lessons support the paradoxical tip of the day that “self-acceptance is the greatest change a person can make”.
As always, I look forward to Dr. Burns’ solution on Wednesday, June 27.

Great comments, well stated, Mike. Thanks! david
It certainly would be a great change for me, having struggled with it pretty much my entire life.
Thanks, Lisa! david
It seems natural to combine with the cost benefit analysis or downward arrow tools to clarify paradoxical effect.
