awesome Feeling Great Book Clubs
are back by popular demand
and starting soon!
For you and for everyone, and not just therapists!
The first group will start on September 13 at 8:30 am Pacific Time
and the second group will start on the same day at 5 pm Pacific Time
Both groups will run weekly until December 6th, 2023.
The timing should allow you to join
from anywhere in the world.
Space will be limited, so act fast!
What: The Feeling Great Book Club is a weekly online educational group to support people reading, discussing and practicing some of the tools in Feeling Great.
Meet people from around the world, united by a common goal of learning empowering tools to overcome anxiety and depression, to feel and stay well. You will be able to ask questions on the reading, see and have an opportunity to be a part of expert demonstrations in the large groups. In the small breakout groups, you’ll have deep engaging discussions, share vulnerabilities, have fun, and will often develop lasting friendships.
This is our 5th time leading this book club and it keeps getting better and better!
Cost: 12 USD per session paid in advance. We offer a sliding scale and we do not turn anyone away for lack of funds!

Facilitators: Expert TEAM therapy trainers and clinicians Brandon Vance, MD and Heather Clague, MD who have lead this book club time and time again. There is an opportunity for previous book club members to become facilitators of the small breakout groups as well.

Each group will meet for one hour per week for 16 weeks. Participants will read and discuss chapters from Dr. Burns’ new book, Feeling Great. This will be your chance to ask questions and learn more about the powerful healing techniques in this exciting new book.
Please note that these groups will provide
education but NOT therapy or treatment.
