Yesterday while learning a new tool to use in my postings, I inadvertently posted a draft of a blog not scheduled for several weeks on the What-If Technique. I apologize if it did not make much sense to you! I was learning how to embed PowerPoint presentations in blogs, which will add a great dimension to some future blogs. I apologize for this error, and promise that the actual Feeling Good Podcast on the What-If Technique, scheduled for early June, will be way better! It is actually a cool “uncovering technique” developed by the late Dr. Albert Ellis. You can use it to uncover a fear at the root of your anxiety. So stay tuned, and have a wonderful Mother’s Day tomorrow!
If you are reading this blog on social media, I appreciate it! I would like to invite you to visit my website, http://www.FeelingGood.com, as well.
