You will also learn powerful techniques to challenge and modify those beliefs, including the Cost Benefit Analysis, the Semantic Technique, the Feared Fantasy, the Experimental Technique, the Pleasure Predicting Sheet, the Recovery Circle, and many more TEAM-CBT Methods!
You will have the chance to participate in fun experiential exercises in small groups to boost your learning and mastery. A team of trainers will be online with you, answering your questions and providing helpful feedback as you practice new techniques throughout the day.
