In addition, my Feeling Good talk will be sponsored by Stanford and is free to Stanford-affiliated health professionals. There’s a $40 fee for the general public. I’ll be discussing  the developments led to the birth of TEAM-CBT, including a dramatic video clip of a patient with overwhelming depression and anxiety having a full-blown panic attack in my office during a therapy session. You will see the actual moment of her recovery during the session!

I will also present some inspiring vignettes of patients who recovered rapidly from severe depression and anxiety disorders without having to use medications. I’m honored to have this opportunity to present at Stanford! Here are the details.
